Use this one address for general questions, calculator/site problems, source or article corrections, tool suggestions, and other non-urgent Terra matters.
If Email Terra does not open anything, your browser or computer probably does not have a default email app configured. Use Copy Email Address and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or whichever email service you use.
If a calculator or page behaves unexpectedly, include the page URL, what you entered in general terms, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Please do not send account statements or identifying financial records.
Do not email Social Security numbers, brokerage or bank account numbers, passwords, full tax returns, statements containing account identifiers, or other sensitive personal financial records. Terra does not need those details to investigate a site issue.
Terra can clarify how a calculator works, correct content, or explain methodology. It cannot provide individualized investment, tax, legal, or retirement-plan advice by email.
